FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
C.O.W.s Raise Fall FundsDr. Karl R.O.S. Johnson, Director of the Chiropractic & Nutrition Wellness Center, announced the results of his Fall Chiropractic Opportunity Weeks held recently. Dr. Johnson offered the community the opportunity to experience chiropractic with the proceeds going to Care House in Mt. Clemens and to the Oklahaven Children’s Chiropractic Center in Oklahoma City, OK. Over $500.00 was raised for these two worthy endeavors.Care House does exceptional work with Macomb County children undergoing multiple interviews and examinations as a result of abuse. Care House provides a healthy alternative to the usual investigative process by offering a house, comfortably furnished, for these children to go through the process once, with one interviewer. All parties needing information from the child can obtain it from this one interview. Oklahaven Children’s Chiropractic Center treats children with severe health challenges, including cerebral palsy and autism. “These children have experienced the best that traditional medicine has been able to offer them, but they and their parents continue to seek answers. Parents often witness the miracle of seeing their children begin to live full, meaningful lives,” according to Dr. Bobby Doscher, Director of Oklahaven. Dr. Johnson is currently offering those interested in becoming Practice Members an opportunity to come in at a reduced rate through his Annual Giving Tree. This year’s event will benefit the Adlai E. Stevenson High School Christmas Food Drive. Anyone desiring more information can call the office at (586) 731-8840.
