Benefiting the Extended Hand Christmas Food Drive

RECOMMENDED DONATIONS: Nonperishable foodstuffs or a donation of $25.00 cash for perishable supplies.

CURRENT CHIROPRACTIC, NUTRITION, AND ALLERGY ELIMINATION PRACTICE MEMBERS RECEIVE: $10.00 credit fortheir donation.

PRACTICE MEMBERS NOT SEENIN THE PAST 4 MONTHS RECEIVE: An update exam and adjustment for the donation of $25.00 or more.

NEW NUTRITION/ALLERGY MEMBERS RECEIVE:

A health history, a consultation, an exam, and a Heart Rate Variability Test for the donation of $25.00 or more.

NEW CHIROPRACTIC MEMBERS RECEIVE: A health history, a consultation, an exam, (2) X-ray views for their donation of $25.00 or more. Adjustment is NOT included. Due to Federal Regulations, Medicare patients cannot participate in this promotion.
